Qualifications

• Machine operator experience preferred, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Able to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced production setting.
• Capable of reading blueprints and a tape measure (1/16 in).
• Strong mathematical skills including decimals; 18+ years old.
• Good communication and ability to contribute to a small team.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of various machines in the designated department.
• Process material according to specs and ensure production data is recorded.
• Inspect output for quality and maintain a clean work area.
• Report mechanical/electrical concerns and follow safety policies.
• Assist leadership to meet performance goals on projects as needed.
