Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for our Visalia, CA location. This second shift role runs Monday through Friday, from 12:30pm to 9:00pm, with duties focused on accurate item attributes and inventory integrity within the warehouse management system.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with Returns, team leads, and management to resolve inventory issues and support training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in distribution, warehouse or inventory roles.
• Able to read, write and speak English; follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cubiscan and capture item attributes for new or changed items.
• Perform escalated cycle counts and reconcile inventory issues.
• Re-slotting and adjusting inventory placements as needed.
• Reconcile negative on-hand reports and damaged bins as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
