Job summary

Meijer in Fort Wayne is seeking a friendly Food Clerk to create a fresh, welcoming store experience across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.

You will stock and rotate displays, share product knowledge, assist customers, follow safety procedures, and work across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Prior retail or food service experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and follow safety standards.
• Comfort learning and using job-specific technology.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
