Job summary

Rugby Holdings LLC is seeking a Second Shift Forklift Loader for its Lebanon, TN location. The successful candidate will handle material, load trucks, and operate a sit-down forklift on a 2:00pm–10:30pm schedule, Sunday through Thursday.

Second Shift Forklift Loader - Lebanon, TN

Position: Warren Brothers Sash & Door is growing! We are looking for an experienced Material Handler/Forklift Loader for our second shift. We mostly stock windows, doors, moldings and other building supplies. In addition to material handling experience, the person in this position should have sit-down forklift experience.

Your Day-to-Day: to crush it in our warehouse, you'll need to:

• Load trucks with product to ship to our customers.
• Operate a forklift; forklift operator experience and certification is a plus!
• Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Lift extremely heavy, awkward products (up to 50-100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.

• Sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Experience loading flatbed trailers is preferred.
• Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty.
• Strong physical stamina – this role requires a lot of physical activity.
• Highly organized and self-motivated – you should be a self-starter who doesn’t require constant supervision.
