Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Finishing Technician for the second shift (Mon-Thurs, 3:00PM–1:30AM) to perform tumbling, deburring, polishing, and assembly of metal and plastic parts. You will follow SOPs, read basic blueprints, monitor DI water systems, and help design fixturing for anodization, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, accurate data entry in SAP, and timely completion of finishing projects with attention to efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under supervision in a team.
• Experience with metal finishing or machine operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and work instructions to complete operations on time.
• Read basic blueprints (anodization and assembly).
• Monitor DI water system during anodization.
• Maintain and assist in fixturing design for anodization.
• Ensure highquality standards and meet production metrics.
