Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Chelmsford, Massachusetts is seeking a Second Shift Test Technician to set up test apparatus, perform electrical and RF measurements, and analyze results to verify product specifications.

You will work from defined test plans, document data, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and procedures. A Secret clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to navigate digital systems for timekeeping and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; interim clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Configure test apparatus and perform electrical and RF measurements to validate product specifications.
• Analyze results and document data records; generate reports to improve test procedures.
• Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Use measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
