Job summary

KingsClean is seeking a Working Custodial Supervisor to lead a hands-on cleaning team and keep operations running smoothly. The role emphasizes daily cleaning, team leadership, and reporting, with a strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures.

The position is full-time on the second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and pays $18.00 per hour. Candidates should be prepared to train staff, manage tasks, and submit performance reports as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Dependable leader with custodial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and availability to cover as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Successful background check and valid ID for fingerprint screening; fingerprinting is paid for by KingsClean.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning assignments, train staff, and check completed work
• Help clean floors, restrooms, and common areas, including dusting, disinfecting, and trash removal
• Provide coverage when employees are absent or staffing is short
• Prepare and submit reports using a computer
• Keep supplies organized and communicate staffing or maintenance needs
• Make sure the team follows company procedures and safety guidelines
