Job summary

Relativity Space is hiring for a Stage Manufacturing role on the second shift to operate CNC router, plate mill, and roll forming equipment. The team builds Terran R primary structures with a focus on speed, scale, and quality, collaborating across engineers and technicians to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires experience with metal fabrication and machining, and offers a 50-hour workweek with guaranteed overtime and a 10% shift differential, alongside a comprehensive rewards

Qualifications

• Experience with metal fabrication techniques (bending, rolling, etc).
• Experience with machining equipment (mill, lathe, etc) and hand tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Slack/team tools.

Responsibilities

• Run 3 axis CNC router, plate mill, and roll forming equipment.
• Complete standard lift operations or assist in critical lift operations.
• Perform precision blending/deburring using standard or hand tools.
• Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges.
• Uphold Relativity Space safety and shop cleanliness standards.
