Job summary

GDI, Inc. is hiring General Cleaners in Minneapolis, MN to perform cleaning of campus settings, including offices and exterior areas. You will work as part of a crew with supervision to meet daily cleaning needs.

Responsibilities include restroom and break-room cleaning, dusting, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and supporting event setup. Reliable transportation is required and exposure to hot conditions may occur.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial facilities is a plus.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.
• Willing to assist with Super Cleans (more intensive cleans) when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean various environments on campus including general office space and exteriors.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, dusting and trash removal.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum.
• Set up and tear down events (tables and chairs).
• Team lead assisting fellow workers.
