Responsibilities

• Operate different types of process equipment with varying automation levels.
• Follow process control instructions and recipes, including paperwork.
• Ensure product quality by using correct raw materials.
• Maintain sanitary practices per GMP and perform equipment washouts.
• Coordinate with Production to transfer product to packaging lines.
• Prepare raw materials for processing and assist in storage area maintenance.
• Forklift operation for raw materials retrieval (license required, if applicable).
