Job summary

FGS, LLC in Augusta, GA seeks a SecDevOps Pipeline Developer to design, secure, and sustain scalable DevSecOps pipelines using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes. You will automate software delivery and implement security testing.

Requires Final Top Secret clearance and DoD 8140/8570 alignment. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience, is required. Expect a challenging role with enterprise-wide responsibilities in a government programs environment.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in DevOps and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated expertise building and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced Python scripting capability.
• Experience with automated security testing tools.
• Knowledge and ability to apply DevSecOps and software QA methods to secure software delivery.
• Meet applicable DoD 8140/8570 and Army cyber/IT workforce qualification, certification, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build, secure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain advanced Python scripts and automation supporting pipeline operations and testing.
• Implement automated security testing tools and software quality assurance activities.
• Implement and maintain a DevSecOps environment in accordance with evolving policy and Government requirements; provide development oversight for the pipeline.
• Develop, modernize, and maintain software solutions using standard DevSecOps procedures; package and run container-based solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design and execute test plans, scripts, regression tests, defect tracking, and automated testing tools; document defects and coordinate remediation.
• Support enterprise configuration automation, security hardening, and change/baseline management.
• Coordinate software requirements, interfaces, testing, release readiness, and mission-partner integration as applicable.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
