Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) for a 22-week assignment in Seattle, WA. This role requires an accredited Ultrasound Technology program, one year of experience, and active BLS, with a valid ultrasound license.

ARDMS/ARRT are preferred. You will perform high-frequency imaging, prep patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations.
• Preferred: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS).
• Preferred: ARRT certification in sonography.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to generate diagnostic images for general and vascular studies.
• Prep and position patients to ensure optimal imaging and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate imaging into patient care plans.
• Evaluate images for clarity and diagnostic utility.
• Maintain equipment, calibrate as needed, and ensure safety standards.
• Document findings and patient information accurately.
