BCG Attorney Search seeks a skilled mid-level associate to join its Real Estate group in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate debt transactions with strong writing and communication abilities.

They will manage transactions from inception through closing, draft core documents, and work in a collaborative, ambitious team environment. A JD and active bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with real estate debt transactions.
• Experience representing lenders or borrowers.
• Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent property owners and investors in complex real estate and finance transactions.
• Handle acquisition, mezzanine, construction financings, refinancings, and loan modifications.
• Draft and review core transaction documents.
• Manage transactions from inception through closing and post-closing.
