Job summary

Our Client in Seattle, WA is seeking a Permanent, on-site Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity. The position offers a competitive hourly salary range of $49.00–$54.00/hour.

The schedule and start date will be confirmed during hiring, with a day shift pattern described as 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. You will evaluate functional needs, deliver treatment, document progress, and collaborate with the rehab team to align goals with daily activities, while upholding professional standards and patient

Qualifications

• Washington Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility, with licensure completed before practice.
• Accredited education and clinical qualifications for physical therapy practice.
• Sound clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to assess, plan, deliver and document care within scope and to complete applicable client screening and credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs and movement or mobility limitations, and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt the plan of care as needs change.
• Use exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility strategies to connect treatment with activities that matter to each person.
• Explain techniques clearly and help patients and caregivers participate safely in care.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team so treatment goals connect with each person’s daily activities.
• Document evaluations, interventions and progress accurately and promptly.
