Responsibilities

• Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations.
• Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to attain revenue targets while delivering a luxury customer experience.
• Greet, check-in, and assist customers through the purchasing process for a memorable one-on-one experience.
• Conduct post-sale appointments to assist with pickups, exchanges, and resizing inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback and online reviews to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforce policies in the showroom waiting room to ensure safety and product security.
• Open and close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use our ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of sustainable, transparent jewelry.
