Job summary

Equinox Seattle is seeking Boxing Instructors to deliver the Equinox Experience in group classes and provide expert coaching to members. You will adapt class intensity, monitor performance, and ensure timely starts and ends while maintaining minimal substitutions, with ongoing communication to the Group Fitness Manager about feedback, equipment, and scheduling.

The role requires a current boxing instructor certification, CPR/AED, teaching experience, and a solid understanding of anatomy and safe

Qualifications

• Current certification in boxing instruction and CPR/AED.
• Experience teaching boxing or fitness classes.
• Knowledge of anatomy and safe exercise modifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Equinox Experience in each class.
• Adjust intensity for participants as needed.
• Monitor exercise intensity throughout the class.
• Ensure classes start and end on time.
• Teach classes regularly with minimal subbing.
• Communicate member feedback and scheduling needs to the Group Fitness Manager.
