Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an installer to mount seats on Fox products at our facility in Indiana. The role involves planning installations, gathering tools, and ensuring proper calibration and quality checks.

No prior experience is required, though 1+ year manufacturing experience is preferred. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and attention to safety and standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: No experience required, but 1+ years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assesses installation orders and gathers needed equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Plans seal installation by evaluating locations, access, and equipment layout.
• Adheres to codes, regulations, and standards.
• Tests and calibrates equipment before use.
• Resolves customer concerns and questions.
• Maintains all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitors parts inventory for service vehicle.
• Keeps inventory log, places inventory orders, and confirms receipt.
