Lear Corporation is seeking a Seat Assembler for the Duncan plant to join the 3rd shift. The role involves assembling seat components, using hand and power tools, and following specifications to build complete units or subassemblies.
Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality standards, reporting issues, and keeping a clean, organized work area in line with Lear's 5S and housekeeping practices. Prior experience is preferred, and candidates must be 18+ with a pre-employment screening.

As a member of the production team, the Seat assembler will be responsible for assembling and/or fitting parts together to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench or conveyor line. May include operations requiring the use of simple hand tools and/or power or special assembly tools.
