You will work on bench-top development, pilot plant trials, and scale-up activities, contributing to strategic product launches and staying ahead of flavor trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Science, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with sensory evaluation methods and product optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize seasoning blends, dry mixes, coatings, marinades, sauces, and flavor delivery systems across food categories.
• Create finished food applications and prototypes demonstrating seasoning performance and consumer appeal.
• Translate customer briefs into commercially viable solutions through formulation and culinary expertise.
• Conduct bench-top development, pilot plant trials, and scale-up activities for commercialization.
• Lead customer tastings, culinary demonstrations, innovation sessions, and ideation workshops.
• Design experiments to evaluate flavor performance, ingredient functionality, shelf life, and processing requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and support business growth.
• Monitor market trends, emerging flavors, and culinary techniques to drive innovation.
