Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) seeks an Experienced V-22 Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Technician to support V-22 Maintenance & Modifications at NAS North Island, California.

The ideal candidate must have knowledge in V-22 maintenance, modification and repair with expertise in Electrical/Avionics or Airframes, and must be able to work independently and with teams. Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically to meet customer needs and quality standards is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with V-22 Maintenance/Modification.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and to various locations (CONUS plus Hawaii).
• Quality Assurance experience preferred; extensive depot-level modification experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble and repair aerospace components per specifications.
• Replace components for repair, testing or serviceability.
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify root causes of failures.
• Document repairs, tests and modifications with precise records.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineering and customers as needed.
