You will use your tax expertise and customer service skills to serve clients in a fast-paced environment across locations nationwide, with free tax training and ongoing education provided. We welcome applicants with knowledge of individual, trust or partnership returns and a passion for helping clients maximize refunds while staying compliant.

Qualifications

• 1+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.
