Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products/services.
• Deliver high-quality professional services with focus on guest look and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) with operations and compliance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
