Job summary

Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar in Louisville, KY, part of Schulte Hospitality Group, seeks a Server Assistant to support the service team and ensure an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities include table prep, guest interaction, sanitation, timely replenishment, and coordination with Front of House managers. Shifts are day/evening on weekends; pay is $12.00–$14.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work-related experience required.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of food products, menus, and promotions.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Interact with guests in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Prepare tables, napkins, utensils, and refills before and during service as instructed.
• Be attentive to menu changes and updates from management.
• Deliver items and assist guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables within 5 minutes of guest departure.
