Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar line cook role preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler certification is required.
• Advanced culinary techniques and recipe knowledge expected.
• Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create menus according to season and customer research.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock when needed.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head chef or management.
