Responsibilities

• Account for narcotics and emergency equipment on each shift.
• Maintain infection control procedures and report issues.
• Collaborate and take corrective action as needed.
• Update and adhere to clinical protocols and discharge plans.
• Provide guidance to LPNs/CNAs/MA and orient new staff.
• Make rounds to ensure continuity of care and HIPAA compliance.
• Adhere to unit policies and equipment usage.
