Resourcing Edge is seeking a seasoned Physician Assistant to join our well-established practice in Concord, NH. The PA will exercise initiative, judgment, and decision-making while collaborating with physicians and the health care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include conducting histories and physicals, managing acute and chronic conditions, triaging calls, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as Physician Assistant.
• Licensed and certified by NCCPA.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and health care teams.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health status and wellness.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and determine diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Provide acute and chronic patient care including histories, physicals, injections, and suturing wounds.
• Triages patient calls and evaluates patient problems.
• Document care in patient records and maintain department statistics.
• Educate patients and families and provide continuity of care.
• Identify goals, formulate plans of care, and evaluate outcomes.
