Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining serving temperatures.
• Maintains HACCP standards and safety procedures; keeps kitchen clean and organized.
• Assists in ordering/receiving of food and supplies and supports production planning.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly.
