Seniors Helping Seniors in Maplewood, NJ has an immediate opening for a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) on a long-term case with a stable, 4-day, 36-hour schedule.

Shifts are Mon-Wed 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Thu 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, offering a high-hour week and consistent client assignment, with competitive pay including weekend rate. The role focuses on personal care, nutrition, transportation, and companionship, with ongoing training and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA Certification (Required).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (Required for client transport).
• Compassionate attitude with strong clinical judgment.
• Ability to treat every client with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming assistance.
• Nutrition & home: meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Transportation & errands: reliable transport for groceries and appointments.
• Companionship and memory care support as needed.
