Kings Fish House is seeking seasoned bartenders who are passionate about craft cocktails and guest service. You will prepare cocktails, manage orders at the bar, and ensure a clean, inviting station during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a restaurant bartender in a high-volume setting with a craft/classic cocktail program.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English with guests and staff.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for orders and payments.
• Must have CA Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' food and beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques.
• Input orders into the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Make and serve alcoholic beverages at the bar and to guests and servers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Open wine/champagne bottles and manage wine by the glass selections.
