The Vintage Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced bartender to craft specialty cocktails, greet guests, and keep the bar moving with warm, confident service. You’ll handle to-go orders, manage busy tickets, and ensure each guest feels welcome from first sip to last.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender.
• Louisiana Responsible Vendor Card.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand and carry food trays for prolonged periods.
• Ability to listen and respond to customer needs.
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from bar customers.
• Produce the needed beverages for the service well.
• Maintain the bar's cleanliness, organization, and appearance.
• Keep an accurate spill throughout the shift.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
