Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, NJ seeks a part-time Zero Waste Coordinator to advance our sustainability programs on show days, working with the Venue Sustainability Manager as part of the venue operations team.

You will assist in post-show sorting of recycling, educate fans, and engage band members to meet the venue's waste goals. The role requires physical activity, teamwork, and a passion for making a real environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Requires 90% walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ with ~65% time sorting materials.
• Dedication to participate in sustainability initiatives with real impact.
• Must work well with other departments.
• Experience in events; zero waste events are a plus.
• A positive attitude; creative thinker and problem solver; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in post-show sorting of recycling, composting, and landfill materials.
• Ambassador to Band Members to promote sustainability goals.
• Engage fans and educate them about sustainability programs.
