Job summary

See’s Candies is hiring friendly and enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer service while driving store sales and maintaining operations. The team will open/close shifts as needed, stock shelves, and uphold safety practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for our products. See’s Candies offers a welcoming environment and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Must be able to open and close store as a Keyholder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Physical ability to unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at the end of the season.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
