Job summary

Poulin Building Materials, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, operates four locations across Vermont, providing specialty building products to professional builders and do-it-yourselfers.

The Yard/Warehouse Rep I receives, stocks, ships, orders and counts inventory items. This is an entry level position that is responsible for the safe operation of a forklift in order to stock all lumber and building materials. Pay rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math, reading orders, and documenting forms.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely.
• Assist in maintaining an organized work environment.
• Receive and stock incoming products and count receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Count and record receipt of materials and stock materials in bins.
• Assist inventory control with counts and organization.
• Operate facility equipment as needed (bander, power tools).
• Maintain clean bays and staging areas and monitor inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with safety policies.
