See’s Candies, Inc. is seeking a Wrap Machine Operator in Daly City to run wrapping equipment and manage changeovers on box formers. The role requires maintaining smooth operation and adhering to quality standards during production shifts.

This seasonal, full-time position offers 40 hours per week with a starting pay of $20.85 per hour and a $0.50 shift differential for applicable night shifts. Location is Daly City, CA and hiring manager is Karen Colburn.

Job Description Summary

A Wrap Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of wrapping equipment. An operator performs functions necessary to accomplish complete changeovers on box formers and wrapping equipment, and adjustments necessary to maintain operation of the equipment while it is running to ensure an acceptable wrap.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs safely and consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures.
• Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary).

Additional Information

Seasonal employees are scheduled to begin in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September. They are expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Pay: Starting hourly rate $20.85. Shift differential: $0.50 per hour if shifts start at 12:01pm – 3:59am.
