Job summary

Total Wine & More in Charlotte, NC is seeking a seasonal Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup and delivery where needed.

You will greet customers, build relationships, provide product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer, and ensure safety and compliance with alcohol-sale laws. Flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends is required, with opportunities for store discounts and training benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, with 1+ year preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations, including curbside pickup and delivery when assigned.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to improve product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs and ads.
• Ensure store safety and regulatory compliance for alcohol sales.
