Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our Austin-based team, delivering exceptional customer experiences during peak seasons. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, assist with stock, and support store leadership.

Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays is required; compensation is $16 per hour with holiday bonus eligibility and employee discounts. As a key member of the sales floor, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, uphold brand standards, and contribute

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stockroom duties.
• Weekend, holiday, and evenings availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Assists with receiving shipments and stocking the floor.
• Maintains an organized stockroom and assists with transfers.
• Supports loss prevention and participates in cycle counts.
• Shares product knowledge and participates in staff education.
• Maintains building facilities and store upkeep.
