2020 Companies, partnering with Meta, seeks part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to promote Meta products in a Best Buy store in Springfield, VA. You will demonstrate wearable AI tech, engage shoppers, and train store staff on new AI apps and features.

Ideal candidates have weekend availability, a customer-first mindset, and strong communication skills. Competitive weekly pay, plus bonus potential and fully remote training are offered to boost careers in consumer tech retail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift upto 20 lbs. occasionally, and perform continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Your own personal, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI and smart tech.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward program goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
