2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist to work at Best Buy in West Hartford, CT. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage customers, and train store teams on new AI apps and features. The role pays $23.50 per hour with a seasonal completion bonus.

Schedule is 20 hours weekly—Friday to Sunday, with specific hours. Holidays and extra shifts may be required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and asking for the sale.
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations and engagements.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create welcoming, personalized experiences.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on customer interests.
• Guide customers through the full experience and ask for the sale.
• Keep displays organized and keep staff informed about products and promotions.
