Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Airport Warehouse Worker in Rockford, IL. This role involves moving and sorting package volume in a fast-paced facility that is a hub of the UPS air network. Some workers load/unload indoors, while others handle outdoor aircraft operations with UPS equipment. A valid driver’s license is required.

Seasonal Airport Warehouse Worker

Looking for a fast-paced role that keeps you moving? As a seasonal airport warehouse worker, also known as package handlers, you’ll help keep packages moving in an innovative facility that serves as the center point of our worldwide air network. Some of the airport warehouse workers load/unload and sort package volume inside the facility. While another group load and unload various UPS aircraft outdoors using UPS equipment. To work with the team around UPS aircraft, you need to have a valid driver’s license. No matter where you work at the airport, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that works together to keep operations running smoothly.

Please Note: This is a seasonal position.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Stamina – this is a workout like no other!
• Reliable and responsible
