Job summary

United Parcel Service Sweden Aktiebolag is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service, with accountability for department performance.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, and maintaining standards across shifts, while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture and proactive communication between departments. A Bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Provides leadership and cultivates relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Develops good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and compliance is maintained.
