UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, service, organization and communication across the department and with other teams.

You will train employees, coach performance, and ensure adherence to safety policies and government requirements while optimizing resources and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
