Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, and prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Able to work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with department, station, corporate and local requirements.
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensure employees receive orientation, skills, and safety training, materials, and evaluations.
