Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead training, safety and production in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise workgroups, set high standards for accuracy and customer service, and foster cooperation across departments.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with staff and customers, coordinating safety training, and driving continual improvement with proactive coaching and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
