Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisor for our Angleton, TX facility to oversee safety, production and attendance. You will train, develop, and lead workgroups while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships, coordinating training, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing department resources for efficiency. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with management experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities
