Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance in a warehouse environment. You will train and develop workgroups, set high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization and safety, and collaborate across levels of the organization.

You will drive employee development, conduct orientation and coaching, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential; a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
