Target is actively hiring for Warehouse roles in Kentucky. Seasonal Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Worker positions offer hourly pay from $22.60 to $27.65 plus a shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour where eligible.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• May be trained to operate hand truck equipment (pallet jack, hand truck).
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Read and interpret basic product documentation and labels.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must understand and read English to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings for a fast-paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Work safely and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Punctual attendance and timely completion of tasks.
• Engage in problem solving to support improvement.
• Maintain positive attitude in solo and team settings.
