Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a full-time seasonal Warehouse Operator in Milton, DE for 1st shift (8am-4:15pm, Monday-Friday). The role supports shipping, receiving, put away, inventory, keg line and pallet/ keg repair to ensure timely customer deliveries.

Demonstrated reliability and ability to use SAP WMS and operate forklifts is required. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment physicals, work overtime including 12-hour days, weekends and holidays, and wear PPE as per GMP

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Computer systems. Must be able to learn and accurately utilize SAP Warehouse Management System
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment
• Highly effective multi-tasker; resourceful with a “get-it-done, can-do” attitude
• Must be able to work assigned shifts as needed
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate Fork Truck

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, put away, inventory, keg line and pallet and keg repair
• Safely and accurately operate equipment including stretch wrap machines and forklifts
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in warehouse areas
• Utilize SAP Warehouse Management System for operations
• Communicate with coworkers via radio and face-to-face
• Adjust to an environment with production equipment and high activity
• Work overtime as needed including 12-hour days, weekends, and holidays
