Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Warehouse Night Shift Restocker to support the holiday peak in our distribution center. You will restock, organize, and move merchandise, using scanners and teamwork to keep product flow smooth throughout busy shifts.

The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and flexibility to cover Sunday–Wednesday nights and other seasonal shifts. No formal education required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must pass required background and drug screenings before starting employment.
• Must be able to speak and understand English at a level necessary to perform job responsibilities safely and effectively.
• Warehouse or stocking experience preferred but not required.
• Must demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Must be available to work the assigned Sunday–Wednesday night shift and any additional assigned seasonal shifts.

Responsibilities

• Restock warehouse product as needed throughout the shift.
• Use wearable scanning technology to locate, track, and replenish products.
• Maintain accurate product placement and support efficient warehouse operations.
• Assist with assembling boxes for the split‑case line.
• Unload, organize, and move merchandise as assigned.
• Maintain department productivity standards.
• Follow all ABC safety protocols and established warehouse procedures.
• Promptly report and address spills, breakage, damaged products, and other safety concerns.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain an organized warehouse and work area.
• Prepare the work area for the next shift, including charging equipment and organizing supplies.
• Arrive on time, ready to work, and maintain reliable attendance.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a respectful, team‑oriented work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse leadership.

As a member of our warehouse team, you will play an important role in keeping our distribution center organized, ensuring products are properly stocked, and helping our operations run smoothly throughout the busy holiday season.

Seasonal Period: November 2026 – January 14, 2027 Schedule: Night Shift Sunday–Wednesday *** The primary scheduled shift is 5:00 PM–12:00 AM. As this is a part‑time seasonal position, scheduling needs may vary, and flexibility to work additional shifts, including weekends, may be required based on business needs. End times may also vary depending on operational demands.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, potentially 10 or more hours per shift, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to lift and handle product weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands to handle, move, and inspect products.
• Ability to frequently climb and descend ladders or lift platforms, including those exceeding six feet, when required.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and access products located above or below normal body level.
• Ability to use close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment to perform job duties safely.
• Ability to use the sense of smell when needed to help identify certain product damage that may not be visually apparent.

Work Environment

Warehouse conditions may be humid and are not temperature‑controlled; fans are provided. Frequent use of and exposure to moving mechanical equipment and warehouse machinery. Work may involve elevated areas and platforms exceeding six feet. Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Noise levels are generally moderate. Team Members must follow all required safety procedures and use designated equipment and protective gear as instructed.

Seasonal Employment Expectations

This position supports ABC Fine Wine & Spirits' increased operational needs during the holiday season. Team Members are expected to maintain reliable attendance, follow assigned schedules, meet productivity standards, and adhere to all safety and conduct policies. Seasonal employment is temporary and does not guarantee continued employment after the holiday season. Opportunities for ongoing employment may be available based on business needs, performance, attendance, and available positions.
