UPS is seeking a Seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a warehouse setting. The role involves supervising, training and developing workgroups, maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience also preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Proven ability to supervise, train, and develop teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting preferred.

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.

• Implements employee development plans for ongoing growth.
• Oversees orientation, skills and safety training with regular evaluations.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies at all times.
