Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead workgroups, drive safety, productivity, and attendance standards, and foster a collaborative, proactive work environment.

You will coach staff, manage resources, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong communication, ability to train teams, and commitment to safety policies in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times and in compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching for department personnel.
